The Eight steps to Successful Goal Setting

  1. Identify the goal and be specific

  2. Set a deadline to achieve the goal

  3. List the obstacles that can get in the way

  4. Identify the people and groups that can help you

  5. Define the skills and knowledge required to achieve your goal.

  6. Develop a plan of action to achieve your goal and overcome obstacles

  7. List the benefits from achieving your goal, confirm it, visualize it constantly

  8. Just do it!
